TreeCome one, come all, to this glorious occasion, a spectacle for all to see Come sit by the fire to admire and desire the life that I will show thee. Stare deep in the flame and picture this slowly a boy and a girl and a tree They are young, the two humans, not a score old but the tree, bear with me, was 40. What difference makes it, the age of some wood, its not like he can speak to me. But alas, lad and lass, the time would pass when they both spoke to me. To the tree, they did talk, and for days upon end what about, you may ask, well here, let me see. TTree

A Change of HeartA shift in the wind, a break in timeA Change of Heart
Turns friends to enemies with no reason to rhyme
My world turns over as the days spin rapid
Closing the doors, shutting everything, going placid
Darkness overcomes, my life is to hell
As there is no savior among the well
Of deepest, darkest hatred, of which I embrace
To fuel my fire, my passion, my grace.
What is it to live? Is death all that bad?
Might in heaven or the depth of hell I really be glad?
But alas as I try with all of my life
I still find no happiness,
Kitty

CuriositySummer dusk had given way to the subtle tranquility of nighttime, bringing with it clouds of fresh rain. I could hear it through my hotel window, whose shutters clanked against the wall gently with the light breeze. The rain reminded me of the freshwater creeks that ran near my childhood home back in the states. They many candles in the now well lit room, in all their flame dancing splendor, cast eerie shadows all around. I sat, tapping a pen absentmindedly on my lips, pondering on the day that had preceded. With thought finally flashing through my head, I set pen to paper. &nbCuriosity
